MONETARY DONATION
Cor-a is a fiscally-sponsored nonprofit organization; all funding goes towards caring for victims. What does this mean? A nonprofit by the name of Fractured Atlas sponsors Cor-a by extending their 501(c)(3) status to our start-up; allowing Cor-a to solicit tax-deductible donations and apply for grants. Fractured Atlas empowers artists, arts organizations, and other cultural sector stakeholders by eliminating practical barriers to artistic expression, so as to foster a more agile and resilient cultural ecosystem. Basically, Fractured Atlas enables Cor-a to focus on bringing carefully curated care to sexual assault survivors with a proactive, artistic focus – without the hassle of legal paperwork. Pretty cool, right?
