At Nora & Co., we’ve chosen to invest in college students because this life stage is both vulnerable and pivotal. College is often the first time young adults are navigating independence, identity, relationships, finances, and crisis—all at once. Unfortunately, it’s also a time when rates of sexual assault are highest, while access to high-quality, trauma-informed support remains limited, inconsistent, or unaffordable.

By showing up for student survivors with empathy and support—as an entire community—we’re not only helping them heal, we’re shaping how they carry that healing into the rest of their lives. When we support college students, we invest in a generation of future leaders, advocates, and changemakers who know what it means to be believed, supported, and valued.
